Return Policy

At Urban-Vault, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact. Certain products, including innerwear, personal care items, customized products, and items purchased during sale or clearance offers, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and quality reasons.

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team at helpdesk@urban-vault.in within the return period, mentioning the order ID and reason for return. Once the return request is approved, further instructions regarding pickup or return shipping will be provided.

After the returned product is received and passes the quality inspection, the return will be approved. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Urban-Vault reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
