Certain products such as innerwear, customized items, or clearance sale products may not be eligible for return. Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. Delivery within India generally takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the customer’s location. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.
